Welcome to ByZara. By accessing or using our website and services, you ("user," "client," or "customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs"). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website or booking any of our services.
These T&Cs govern the use of ByZara and the agreement that operates between you and ByZara Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These T&Cs set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the service.
By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. If you disagree with any part of these T&Cs, you may not access the service.
You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the service.

Our services are available within Nairobi. Availability of services may be affected by local conditions, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Failure to meet these obligations may result in service delays, cancellation, or additional fees.
To access our services, you are required to create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately though our customer service lines.
You may not use a username that is offensive, vulgar, or violates the rights of any person or entity, nor may you use any aliases, pseudonyms, or any name other than your true and verifiable identity.
Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp chatbot or customer service channels. Order confirmations are sent via email and a phone call from the Account Manager. Requests for changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee. All cancellations are to be made through the website.
Pricing: Service prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. Changes do not affect confirmed bookings.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via mobile money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money), e-wallet by Pesapal and credit/debit cards.
Refunds: All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are only issued for service non-fulfillment or cancellations made in accordance with our cancellation policy.

ByZara will acknowledge your request within 3 business days, a determination will be made and approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days; Payment method may affect how soon funds reflect in your account (e.g., up to 5 days for mobile money reversal, 5-30 days for card payments).
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with our services unless ByZara failed to meet reasonably objective consumer standards..
Access to Property: The client must provide access for service delivery. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling and fees.
Timeliness: We strive to deliver services on time but are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events.
Special Instructions: Clients must provide specific handling instructions for items. We are not responsible for damage due to undisclosed instructions.
Laundry Damage: ByZara is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear or undisclosed care instructions.
Damage to Property: ByZara's cleaners will take reasonable care, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage.
Lost Items: Report lost items within 7 days. Compensation is limited to the value of the lost item or its replacement and will be subject to proof of loss occasioned by our service providers.
Clients are prohibited from making unreasonable requests, as well as:
ByZara reserves the right to pursue any available legal remedies (including criminal action) where it can be proven that a client engaged or attempted to engage our service providers in any manner sanctioned by law.

By submitting feedback, you grant ByZara a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, and worldwide right to use and modify the feedback without restriction.
All content on our website, including text, images, and software, is the property of ByZara. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these T&Cs. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid or unenforceable by law, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these T&Cs does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
We reserve the right to modify or update these T&Cs at our discretion. In the event of significant changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email and through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of the updated T&Cs constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These T&Cs are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kenya without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to arbitration.
